1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for select pin codes)
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum order value as displayed on the website.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination country
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Genie & Tom is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country's customs authority — these are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Genie & Tom is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Genie & Tom is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at genieandtom.official@gmail.com and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.


7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
