Orders & payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select the size and quantity, and click "Add to cart". Once you're ready, go to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order goes into processing. Please email us at genieandtom.official@gmail.com immediately if you need changes.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is dispatched.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. You'll get a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A small shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status anytime.
Do you deliver outside India?
Currently we ship only within India. We hope to expand internationally soon — follow us on Instagram to stay updated!
Sizing & products
How do I find the right size for my child?
Check our detailed Size Guide page which covers sizes from 0–6 years with height, chest, waist and inseam measurements. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for room to grow!
What fabrics do you use?
We use 100% soft, kid-safe fabrics including pure cotton, cotton blends, and muslin. All fabrics are pre-washed, skin-friendly, and free from harmful dyes — safe for even the most sensitive little skin.
Will the colours fade after washing?
Our fabrics are treated to retain colour. We recommend a cold machine wash or gentle hand wash and drying in shade to keep colours bright and fabric soft for longer.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular styles do get restocked! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when your favourite piece is back in stock.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. Sale items, innerwear and accessories are not eligible. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You can also opt for instant store credit instead.
I received a wrong or damaged item — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at genieandtom.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund right away.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are our recommended option — they're the fastest way to get the right fit. Subject to stock availability. Email us at genieandtom.official@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
