What we accept
Item returned within 7 days of delivery
Item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
Original tags are still attached to the garment
Item is packed in its original packaging
Sale items, innerwear & accessories are not eligible for returns
4 simple steps

Write to genieandtom.official@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
We'll confirm & guide you
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the shipping address to send the item back to.
Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items where we cover the cost.
Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Original payment
Refunded to the card or UPI used at checkout. Takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Store credit
Issued instantly as store credit — use it on your next Genie & Tom order anytime you like.
Size exchange
Swap for a different size — the fastest option and subject to stock availability at the time.
Defective or incorrect items
We're so sorry — we'll make it right immediately
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at genieandtom.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no questions asked.
